Trouble Department is what happens when a Clarion grad who is also a poetry slam master spends a few years helping friends put together zines and tour books, until they realize they’ve accidentally started a small press in the process. We publish poetry and fiction with a strong sense of narrative, magic, righteous anger and/or ennui. In addition, we retail books from other indie authors and publishers who we believe fit our vision.
